- Conduct horizon scanning across 15+ industries to identify disruptive signals
- Develop and maintain proprietary trend forecasting models using machine learning
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Lead strategic foresight projects with $500K+ budgets
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
- Author quarterly 'FutureWatch' reports distributed to 10K+ professionals
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on research initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or white papers
- Expertise in scenario planning and causal layered analysis frameworks
- Proficiency with AI trend analysis tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, GPT-5)
- Experience leading high-stakes client engagements
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects delivered
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
