Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive whitepapers
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts across academia and industry
- Adv executive stakeholders on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for early opportunity detection
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or disruption
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic pivots and innovation adoption
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into narratives
