Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation adoption and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business plans
- Present visionary scenarios to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformational initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation ecosystems
- Produce thought leadership content including white papers and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology impact assessment, and systemic thinking
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Experience with emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Strong network within futurist communities and innovation thought leadership circles
