- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Author thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal future intelligence network
- Advise on regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (neurotech, autonomous systems)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into $10M+ revenue initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed future studies journals or major industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (Tableau, Palantir) and AI forecasting platforms
