- Design scenario-planning models for global enterprises navigating 2026 challenges
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Publish thought leadership on future trends in top industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 90%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: generative AI, Web3, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published author or keynote speaker at global futurist conferences
- Experience building foresight teams in Fortune 500 companies
