Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to map 2026 strategic pathways
- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and business models
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations on disruptive trends
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise C-suite leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
- Integrate sustainability and ethical foresight into all strategic planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders
- Published work in foresight journals or industry thought leadership platforms
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling tools
