Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions and implementation pathways
- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers and presentations for executive leadership and board members
- Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, tech innovators, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Drive innovation pipeline development by identifying emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Mentor junior strategists to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
