- Design adaptive business models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across product development and customer experience
- Represent company at global futurism forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with demonstrated impact on 5-year roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio of published future strategy documents or thought leadership
