Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and geopolitical shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present high-stakes scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain global networks with futurists, VCs, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at Davos-scale events
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic implementations
