Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce strategic roadmaps quantifying market disruption potential and adoption timelines
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into development pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trajectories
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience translating complex scenarios into product roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and champion unconventional ideas
