- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to drive innovation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS)
