Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing and synthetic biology applications
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Author whitepapers on ethical AI governance and climate-positive innovation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
- Present at global innovation summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., from Futures School or APF)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
