- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts and researchers
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at global forums on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling innovations to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling frameworks
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global collaboration
