- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer future-focused initiatives
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical shifts to inform strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trend analysis
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning (journals/books)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
