Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce executive-ready reports on megatrends (climate adaptation, biotech acceleration, metaverse adoption)
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation portfolios aligned with 2026 vision
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and paradigm shifts
- Mentor junior futurists and build thought leadership through white papers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
