- Proficiency with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation strategy (required)
