Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 markets
- Design bespoke strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients, integrating scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Establish and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and develop next-gen foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related futurist role
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with documented case studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
