Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging tech paradigms (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions for healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums like Davos and Web Summit as a future-tech authority
- Mentor junior futurists and build a dedicated foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 100 clients
- Published author or keynote speaker on exponential technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred
