Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, aligning technological trends with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging paradigms and disruption vectors in global markets
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and Board of Directors with data-driven narratives
- Build and mentor a dedicated futures research team using scenario planning and predictive modeling frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies with 2026 market-readiness targets
- Author thought leadership publications on industry transformation and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) preferred
