- Advise executive leadership on emerging technology adoption timelines
- Build and maintain a network of futurist thought leaders and domain experts
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Proven track record of developing strategic foresight frameworks
- Proficiency with data visualization and predictive modeling tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational change
