Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability sectors
- Produce actionable scenario analyses for C-suite executives on emerging tech disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and government innovation agencies
- Design and deliver executive briefings on future technology trends and implications
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future-proofing capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership role
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI governance, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technology trends
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, scenario planning)
