- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Foresight Strategy aligning with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Quantify market readiness and adoption timelines for breakthrough technologies
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing architectures and methodologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry foresight forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
