Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Design and facilitate immersive scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and disruptive innovations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Drive adoption of AI-driven predictive analytics tools for strategic forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of disrupting industries through future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
