Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable systems capable of handling next-generation AI and quantum computing workloads.
- Identify emerging technological trends (2026 horizon) and prototype solutions to integrate them into our core product.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure security, performance, and scalability of future-facing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate complex scientific concepts into robust engineering requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking problem solving.
- Conduct technical due diligence on emerging tech stacks and advise stakeholders on feasibility.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
