Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Create predictive models for technological disruption and market evolution
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Manage innovation incubation programs for experimental technologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and futurist forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in implementing exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Palisade @Risk)
