Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance LLM accuracy and context awareness.
- Conduct research and fine-tuning of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) on proprietary datasets.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput using techniques like quantization and distillation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Maintain the highest standards of data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and data orchestration tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of shipping complex machine learning systems.
