Responsibilities
- Architect & Scale: Design and implement robust, scalable generative AI architectures using Python and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art foundation models (e.g., LLaMA, GPT-4 derivatives) for specific enterprise use cases.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest research in Transformers, Diffusion models, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Deployment: Oversee the MLOps pipeline, ensuring models are deployed securely and perform efficiently in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with a focus on NLP and Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning techniques and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Programming: Expert-level Python skills and familiarity with SQL and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
