Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of microservices architecture for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high standards.
- Infrastructure as Code: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Kubernetes to automate deployment processes.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize data throughput and latency for real-time processing.
- Security & Compliance: Lead the integration of Zero Trust security protocols and ensure all Project 2026 systems adhere to SOC2 and GDPR standards.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust. Deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Containerization: Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
