Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory environments.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and compliance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions and upgrades.
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for end-users.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- A+ Certification or equivalent IT technical degree is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
