Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end-users.
  • Manage and maintain the Help Desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform regular system backups and patch management to ensure security.
  • Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for new software and processes.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
