Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end-users.
- Manage and maintain the Help Desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regular system backups and patch management to ensure security.
- Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for new software and processes.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to resolve infrastructure issues.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a full-time capacity.
