Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI and robotics frameworks focused on 2026 deployment goals.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define technical roadmaps and milestones for our 2026 product releases, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and hardware engineers to integrate AI models into physical systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Algorithm Optimization: Drive research into novel neural network architectures and optimization techniques for edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch; experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) is a plus.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into viable product strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
