Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep neural networks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into production applications.
- Optimize machine learning pipelines for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Conduct A/B testing and model evaluation to improve system performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is a plus.
