- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to align on priorities.
- Product Innovation: Champion a culture of innovation by evaluating and integrating cutting-edge AI and automation tools into our workflow.
- Agile Leadership: Guide cross-functional squads through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize advanced analytics to measure product performance and iterate on strategies for maximum ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Strategy within the tech industry.
- Tech Stack: Proven track record of working with SaaS products and familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to C-level executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Leadership: Experience leading diverse teams and managing conflicting stakeholder interests.
