Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will oversee critical logistics and supply chain projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the bridge between our technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex project initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Monitor project budgets and forecast financial needs accurately.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders using professional reporting tools.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency across the department.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or logistics coordination.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Jira).
- Proven ability to manage budgets of $500k+ and lead teams of 5+ members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within the San Antonio area.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
