Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable backend APIs and microservices using Python and modern frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize database queries, caching strategies, and application performance to ensure sub-millisecond response times.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding standards and deployment pipelines.
- Cloud Integration: Manage CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS or GCP to automate testing and releases.
- Security: Implement security best practices to protect data integrity and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Databases: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
