Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum-resistant security protocol implementations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit compilation
- Author patents and publish in Nature Quantum Information
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging QML techniques
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and AWS re:Invent
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in NISQ-era algorithm optimization
- Strong background in Shor's/Grover's algorithm implementations
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning frameworks
- Clearance for DOE quantum security projects
