Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Search Strategy: Lead the strategic vision for organic growth, anticipating and adapting to changes in search algorithms and AI integration.
- Optimize for AI Overviews: Architect content structures specifically designed to rank in AI-generated search results and featured snippets.
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct rigorous audits to ensure crawlability, site speed optimization, and the successful implementation of advanced schema markup.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize Python and SQL to analyze vast datasets, identifying trends and opportunities that standard tools might miss.
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with engineering, product, and content teams to align SEO goals with product development cycles.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR).
- AI & LLM Knowledge: Familiarity with Large Language Models and how they impact search visibility and content generation.
- Analytics Proficiency: Expert level in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
