Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic growth and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that impact site performance and crawlability.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover high-value opportunities.
- Oversee content optimization efforts to ensure alignment with search intent and best practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and content writers.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is highly preferred.
