Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies, including technical audits, on-page optimization, and off-page link building campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights and quarterly reports to stakeholders.
- Partner with web development teams to implement schema markup, improve site speed, and ensure mobile-friendliness.
- Lead a team of SEO specialists, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates (e.g., Google Core Web Vitals) and adapt strategies to maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of at least 5+ years in SEO, with a track record of increasing organic traffic and rankings for major websites.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Experience managing budgets and overseeing agency relationships.
