Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives to improve organic rankings and increase qualified traffic.
- Technical Mastery: Conduct deep-dive technical audits, implement schema markup, optimize site speed, and resolve crawl errors to ensure search engine bots index our content efficiently.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring high-quality, keyword-optimized content that resonates with users and search intent.
- Link Building: Lead off-page SEO efforts, building high-authority backlinks through white-hat outreach and digital PR campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights and weekly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and market gaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) concepts.
- Tools: Proficiency in advanced tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related technical field.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business strategy for non-technical teams.
