Responsibilities
- Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues; implement technical fixes in collaboration with developers.
- Strategy & Content: Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword analysis to identify high-value opportunities and optimize content accordingly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console; produce weekly and monthly reporting dashboards.
- Link Building: Execute a white-hat link building strategy to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and algorithm updates to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the full development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and case studies.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript; familiarity with schema markup and structured data.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
