We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth initiatives. In this position, you will own the SEO roadmap, mentor junior team members, and work directly with clients to maximize their online visibility. You will be responsible for both technical and content optimization, ensuring our technical infrastructure supports our ambitious content goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and diagnose crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Develop and execute high-quality link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
- Analyze keyword gaps and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize copy, meta tags, and schema markup for maximum relevance.
- Monitor algorithm updates and implement necessary adjustments to maintain and improve rankings.
- Generate detailed monthly performance reports, including traffic analysis and ROI projections.
- Advise internal stakeholders on best practices for web development and content creation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrable track record of increasing organic traffic.
- Advanced proficiency in technical SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for on-page optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking setup.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
