Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning architectural decisions with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of high-scale, distributed systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Oversee research and development efforts in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineering leads, to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance compliance across all enterprise products.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous technical assessments and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and large-scale data architecture.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on future-proofing solutions.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
