Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the supply chain department to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports for executive stakeholders.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Proven experience in full-time roles with a focus on operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to travel occasionally to Illinois and Georgia facilities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
