Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects for the 2026 World Cup venues in the United States.
- Oversee the deployment of stadium-wide high-speed Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity to ensure seamless fan engagement.
- Manage cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver technical solutions on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with FIFA technical standards and rigorous security protocols.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for large-scale technical failures.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to integrate digital ticketing and real-time data analytics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (10+ years) in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network architecture, cybersecurity, and stadium technology.
- Experience working in high-stakes environments or major international events.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
