Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including IT, Engineering, and Software Development.
- Source and identify top-tier talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and industry networking events.
- Screen candidates, conduct technical interviews, and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent fill rates.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and salary bands.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goals.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
