Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Screen candidates rigorously to ensure they meet technical and cultural requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust network of industry professionals in the NYC and Los Angeles tech markets.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and refine job descriptions.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and market insights throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical roles (Java, Python, React, AWS).
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to work full-time hours on-site in New York City.
