Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of the long-term Technology Strategy and Roadmap, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
- Market & Tech Foresight: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to predict market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, startup partnerships, and technology vendors that align with our 2026 vision.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee and direct research initiatives, approving pilot programs for futuristic technologies to validate their viability.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for the Board of Directors and C-Suite stakeholders.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the strategic budget for innovation labs and future-tech incubation projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technical Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies (AI, Blockchain, Cloud Infrastructure) with the ability to understand their future trajectory.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of identifying market gaps and developing strategic solutions that drive growth.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences and influence cross-functional teams.
