We are looking for an expert in Solidity and Rust to lead our security and scalability initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and audit high-complexity smart contracts for DeFi protocols and Layer 2 scaling solutions.
- Optimize gas efficiency and transaction throughput across the blockchain network.
- Implement and maintain robust security best practices to prevent vulnerabilities and hacks.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, blockchain architects, and security researchers.
- Contribute to open-source projects and drive technical innovation within the Web3 ecosystem.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of code excellence and security.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Smart Contract development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity and experience with Rust or Go.
- Proven track record of deploying audited smart contracts on Ethereum or other EVM-compatible chains.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain architecture.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry) and formal verification tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
