Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process for artificial intelligence initiatives, identifying trends, technologies, and methodologies that will define the next era of our products.
- Technical Leadership: Architect complex, scalable AI systems and provide technical guidance to engineering squads to ensure architectural integrity and best practices.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate novel algorithms, specifically focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders, investors, and cross-functional teams.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks and guidelines to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with evolving regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models, ensuring high availability, low latency, and optimal resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or lead engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams through significant architectural transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
